01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat for pan frying.
02 - With a rolling pin, flatten each sandwich bread slice to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Position one mozzarella stick at the edge of each bread slice and roll up tightly, sealing the edge with a touch of melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter. Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs; sprinkle uniformly over the roll ups.
05 - Place roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
06 - Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp, or pan fry while rotating to achieve even browning.
07 - Present warm alongside marinara or a preferred dipping sauce.
