01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
02 - In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats and chocolate chips
03 - Add melted butter and brown sugar to oat mixture. Stir until evenly coated and mixture holds together when pressed
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheet and flatten each mound slightly with back of spoon
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and cookies are set
06 - Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely
