# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything bakes and cooks in under forty minutes, leaving you with almost zero cleanup and maximum flavor
  • The spices transform plain shredded chicken into something that tastes like it simmered all day
02 -
  • Watch the tortillas closely in the oven because they go from golden to burnt quickly, and you want them crisp not bitter
  • Let the chicken rest in the spices off the heat for a minute before serving so the flavors really settle in
03 -
  • If your tortillas are not getting crisp enough, try lowering the oven temperature to 375°F and leaving them in longer
  • Use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store to cut your prep time in half without sacrificing flavor
