# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It’s astonishing how a splash of coconut transforms simple strawberries into a luscious drink you’ll keep making all season long.
  • Whipping it up takes minutes, but guests always think you put in so much more effort.
02 -
  • Once, I used room temperature coconut milk and ended up with a thin, lukewarm drink—always chill your ingredients first for the best texture.
  • Leaving out the lime once made the cooler taste oddly flat, so don’t skip that bit of acidity even if you’re tempted to simplify.
03 -
  • Always chill your glasses before pouring for maximum refreshment—it’s a small touch that makes a big difference.
  • Adding a pinch of salt just before blending sounds odd but brings out all the flavors and makes the drink really pop.
